Delivery is within Australia only. Delivery cannot be made to PO Box address.
Should the products are in stock, we estimate delivery to your nominated address (provided that the nominated address is correct) will be within 10 working days (QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC metro only) of you placing your order. If you live in SA, WA, NT and other Regional areas, the delivery will take more than 10 working days to reach your nominated address. Goods may be delivered in a number of installments.
Our standard delivery is to the front door of your nominated address (provided that access can be obtained). If you need items to be taken up stairs, for example, you should discuss delivery options with us before placing your order.
If you are unable to accept our delivery, you may contact the courier company and give them authority to leave the goods unattended at your address. Neither the courier nor ourselves can be held responsible for any loss or damage in this event.
Loss or Damage
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during shipping but we will assist you to make a claim if, within three days of delivery, you notify the courier and us of any damage to your goods and that you intend to make a claim.
If delivery instructions are not provided to us within 14 days of us requesting them we reserve the right to charge you a reasonable fee for storage.
