Returns Policy & Warranty
Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns, no questions asked, within 30 days of delivery but you must pay the shipping costs to you and the return of the good to us. To be eligible for the return guarantee the item must be in new condition, unassembled and in its original packaging. We recommend that you check your satisfaction with goods upon delivery and check that the colour, specifications, etc prior to assembly.

The warranty is for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase unless an extended warranty option has been taken and under Australian law you are entitled to a refund if the goods delivered to you are severely damaged, or compensation for minor damage.
Under the manufacturer’s warranty, we are obliged to replace or repair the goods, or supply equivalent goods if the damaged goods cannot be replaced or repaired free of charge. We are not liable for any claim for faulty design, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from the supply and use of the goods.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from abnormal use or lack of care.

Delivery is within Australia only. Delivery cannot be made to PO Box address.
Should the products are in stock, we estimate delivery to your nominated address (provided that the nominated address is correct) will be within 3 - 4 days of you placing your order. Goods may be delivered in a number of installments.
Our standard delivery is to the front door of your nominated address (provided that access can be obtained). If you need items to be taken up stairs, for example, you should discuss delivery options with us before placing your order.
If you are unable to accept our delivery, you may contact the courier company and give them authority to leave the goods unattended at your address. Neither the courier nor ourselves can be held responsible for any loss or damage in this event.
